Jennifer “Jae” Pi’ilani Requiro currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for AEG Worldwide.  In this role, she is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving the DEI strategy for AEG. Prior to this role, Jae served as the Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Thermo Fisher Scientific.  In 2016, Jae also wrote the Foreword to a best-selling business book on diversity and inclusion by Jennifer Brown, “Inclusion:  Diversity, The New Workplace, and The Will to Change”. Aside from work, Jae volunteers on the national non-profit board of the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum (APIAHF), presents at numerous conferences, workshops and educational forums, including the Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDIB) through The Centre for Global Inclusion. 

Dan Donovan founded Stratoscope in 2020 which has grown into a formidable force in the Sport and Entertainment industry.  Dan has 20 plus years of specialized consulting experience with numerous stadiums and professional sports teams around the world, included Manchester Arena, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, SunTrust Park, the Chase Center, and Hard Rock Stadium to name a few. Dan has also consulted on major national and international sporting events, including 14 Super Bowls, numerous NBA All-Star Weekends, and Olympic Games. Throughout his career, Mr. Donovan has developed significant expertise ensuring positive outcomes in the sport and entertainment industry and solutions in the areas of security planning, crowd management, security systems design, operational readiness, crisis management, emergency operations and special events. 

Kasia Hanson currently serves as the Global IOT Video Sales Director for Intel Corporation, dealing in safety and security. Kasia is responsible for developing solutions, GTM partnerships, co-marketing and sales acceleration strategies to drive revenue growth and adoption of computer vision and deep learning technologies with Physical Security, Smart City and Venues/Sports partners including OEM’s, ISV’s, VMS and System Integrators. Kasia is a 22-year veteran of Intel with deep technology expertise across IOT, AI, Computer Vision, Cybersecurity, Datacenter, and Storage.  Kasia is also the Chair of the Security Industry Association Women in Security Forum.

Matt Pasco currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology for the Las Vegas Raiders of the NFL. In his role, Matt was involve with every piece of technology necessary during the move and the construction of Allegiant Stadium, team headquarters and practice facility. Allegiant Stadium is the most technologically advanced football stadium in the country, Matt and his team were integral in making it possible. Throughout his 25 plus year career in IT, Matt has grown into server administration, net work administration, design, and has honed project management skills along the way.

Dr. Tilman Jolly is a board-certified emergency physician with a wide range of clinical, government, special event, and private sector experience. He is currently Chief Medical Officer of Aveshka, Inc., where he directly supports clients by providing clinical leadership and direction for all public healthcare matters. Dr. Jolly previously worked with the National Football League as a member of the medical staff for eleven Super Bowls (XXXVI-XLVI) overseeing coordination of emergency management, public health, and medical preparedness, along with representing the NFL in exercises related to terrorist and other threats.  In this capacity he directly supported security, operations, and event management staff at major venues around the country and participated in the development of NFL Best Practices for Stadium Security. Dr. Jolly has practiced emergency medicine in the Washington D.C. area for three decades.
