About This Session
The session will discuss TMI’s ZGEN Series Hypochlorous Generators. The innovative sanitation solutions company will explore some of the key challenges public organizations such as schools, universities and sports venues have faced since the onset of the pandemic and strategies to implement cost effective, safe and efficient disinfection procedures to create a safe environment for all.
We will delve into a real world example of how one district used innovation and cost cutting strategies to achieve safe and efficient solutions allowing them to safely re-open.
Timothy and Michele Petsch, founders and co-owners of TMI Salt Pure Corporation will discuss how sports and entertainment organizations of any size, with a particular focus on education, can quickly develop and implement scalable, cost-effective, and efficient cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting systems. We’ll go over how the systems ensure a safe environment for patrons that complies with CDC guidelines. With the increased need to disinfect high touch surfaces in public places budgets can get stretched thin and the supply chain and logistics can be problematic. The discussion will also include budget friendly solutions such as manufacturing disinfectant on site and reducing labor by disinfecting as you clean with Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl). HOCl is not only effective against COVID-SARS 2, but is also non-toxic, environmental and affordable. Our panelist is a representative from the Anchorage School District, Rob Holland, Director of Maintenance and Operations who has helped the district attain unprecedented cleanliness standards within a limited budget. Rob recently received a Denali Award for Excellence.
“Rob’s vision will literally save the District thousands of dollars over the next several years. His innovation and strategic thinking maximized the best outcome while effectively operating within a very limited budget,” said Senior Director of Maintenance and Operations Darin Hargraves.
- Timothy S Petsch, Managing Director, TMI Salt Pure Corporation – Host – Co-Founder and Managing Director, TMI Salt Pure Corporation – Timothy is responsible for the technical side of the company and focuses on relationships pertaining to business development. Timothy’s business history is the bend of practical experience in fields ranging from construction in Africa to off-shore oil platforms in the North Sea, to renewable energy in the installation and sales of Solar Heating in S. California; to the corporate boardrooms of America during his decade long tenure with Bank of America in their Securities Service division of Mergers and Acquisitions. It was during this phase of his career that he was instrumental in designing the support structure of Master Limited Partnerships that helped the Bank to distinguish itself from others in the field. Timothy was privileged to hold the position of President of the San Diego Chapter of Corporate Secretaries for public corporations in 1987 – 1988. But it is TMI Salt Pure® that Timothy is most proud of in his list of accomplishments. Through his varied business experience Timothy learned many of the basic tenets that now drive TMI, but the most profound lesson he learned was that if you treat your customers and business associates in a moral manner and put client satisfaction before revenue generation, you will create a sustainable corporation built on strong ethics.
