“Post-pandemic” college football is here. Fans are more than ready!
The traditions, the tailgates, and full capacity crowds! Students, super fans, and alums ready to experience it all yet again.
Famous traditions that are timeless are back after waiting so long, like this scene from the Wisconsin Badgers home opener.
Some concerns are being raised about the rise of the Delta Variant and the risk of super spreader events.
Some fans strongly support a full stadium, yet others are worried about the maskless full capacity sporting events.
College football teams are reporting sold out crowds, especially throughout the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
Though, according to the CDC, southern states are the hotspots of the Delta Variant.
IS MASK WEARING ENFORCED AT COLLEGE FOOTBALL GAMES?
Most universities encourage their students and game attendees to get the vaccine, are also rarely enforce mask wearing at the stadiums.
College students are ready to welcome back their college football and revive their “real” college experience that was put on hiatus in 2020.
Fans are encouraged to get vaccinated and take all precautions necessary to prevent the spread of the Delta Variant and Covid-19.
With this, the grills are cooking, the tailgates are happening, and the games are more exciting than ever.
2021 is the return of football and the fans are ready for them. Sports and entertainment venues want the big crowds too.
However, more of them will verify vaccination status or negative Covid-19 results before fans enter the venue. The push is on to get the vaccine or tested for Covid-19 before entering the stadium.
