In April 2020, the Innovation Institute for Fan Experience (IIFX) with Toffler Associates invited 98 diverse industry thought leaders, skilled practitioners, and subject matter experts to form a Return to Work, Play, and Spectate (RTWPS) Task Force, to analyze how sports and entertainment management, operations, health, safety, and security, and service will be altered to best adapt and reimagine operations in the wake of the pandemic.
