As the Founder of OnePlan, Paul leads a team of event planning experts and development team to deliver an integrated event planning platform that creates a digital environment for event planners, suppliers and event hosts to interact collaboratively to develop site plans in real-time.
OnePlan was developed in collaboration with some of the leading event and safety and security experts in the world. It provides a cloud-based solution for event management professionals to automate the planning, implementation and management of events seamlessly and affordably solving critical event management challenges.
Prior to this, Paul was a founding partner of FOAMHAND – the Movement Management Consultancy. He supported clients throughout the entire major event lifecycle, providing a range of services and consultancy support, including Crowd Demand Analysis & Modelling Movement Management (Transport and People), Operational Planning & Readiness, and Event Delivery & Games-time Resourcing.
As a crowd management specialist, Paul is a crowd management SME and tutor for INTERPOL. He has worked on 6 Olympic Games, 2 Commonwealth Games the Qatar 2022 FIFATM World Cup and is currently an expert advisor Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games organising committee.
Paul also has experience in local and central government having working at a senior level in the UK government advising ministers on matters relating to the London 2012 Games.
