Pascal has been involved in the health, safety, crowd management of sporting, cultural (concerts, festivals) and business in Switzerland and across Europe. He is a specialist in crowd management and emergency planning and has developed and managed the emergency procedures  and crisis management plans of major events including the Rolling Stones, The Police, in Geneva, the Dalai Lama conference in Lausanne and a range of Festivals. As an expert, he trains major event organizers and provides consultancy for a range of organizations including the Montreux Jazz Festival, and the Rock-en-Seine Festival in Paris. Pascal has been a lecturer at several French universities and led collective research financed by FIFA as well as other research projects.

After achieving his PhD, Pascal is now Head of Department of Health and safety at the Paleo Festival and has his own event education company called iSSUE.
