Morten is the leading expert for crowd safety management in Scandinavia and was the Director of Security for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2014, in Denmark. Morton’s company, ConCom Safety, is part of the RF Experience providing health, security, and safety services at Europe’s most iconic festival at Roskilde in Denmark. Morten’s company is the largest provider of security and crowd management at events in Denmark and this provision covers both sport and entertainment.

Morten is highly qualified in event safety, emergency planning, and risk, being called upon across Europe for his knowledge in these areas. Morten has been a European envoy for work on COVID-19 at festivals and has instrumental in the planning for the return of festivals across Europe.
