Jennifer Serran currently holds the Risk Management role for Folsom Cordova Unified School District located in Sacramento County, California.  She works closely with district departments and local public agencies to implement multiple prevention and safety strategies including Property and Liability insurance, employee/student safety, and emergency preparedness programs for 34 schools.  She strives to be of support to sites by providing answers for recurring projects and in times of ever-changing regulations and circumstances.  This past year has been devoted to creating COVID-19 Safety Plans for schools to resume in-person instruction in phases from October 2020 through March 2021.  A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Jennifer currently resides in Folsom, CA where she and her two children enjoy a variety of activities being in close proximity to mountains, beaches, and metropolitan areas.
