Harry Hynekamp

Hendrik “Harry” Hynekamp joined AMB Sports & Entertainment Group as Vice President, Fan Experience in 2018. He is now responsible for designing and implementing innovative strategies and guest experience programming to enhance the event day experience for the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, and event related fans, guests and customers at the all-new Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Prior to joining AMB Sports & Entertainment Group, Hynekamp enjoyed an 18-year career with MercedesBenz USA (MBUSA). Throughout his career with MBUSA, Hynekamp held a variety of roles with responsibilities in finance, project management, training and development, CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Sharing & Services, Electric) and customer experience. As General Manager of training and development he led the initiation of MBUSA’s largest ever customer experience training program entitled “Driven to LEAD”. Thereafter, Harry was appointed the first ever General Manager of Customer Experience for MBUSA where he successfully launched, developed, and sharpened MBUSA’s organizational-wide focus on delivering the very best customer experience for every customer, every time, everywhere, no exceptions. In 2017 Mercedes-Benz was once again ranked as the #1 luxury brand in JD Powers Sales Satisfaction Index study. Many of Hynekamp’s customer experience contributions are chronicled in author Joseph Michelli’s best-selling book entitled “Driven to Delight”. A native of the Netherlands, Hynekamp holds an undergraduate degree from William Paterson University and an MBA from Montclair State University. He, his wife Flo, and their children reside in Milton, GA.
