Christopher Kinnan
Chris is the Associate Director and co-founder of the Innovation Institute for Fan Experience. He previously served as the Manager of the National Sport Security Laboratory for the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) and as the creator and Curriculum Coordinator for NCS4’s INTERPOL Training Program. A military veteran, Chris served 25 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Colonel. His specialties include nuclear weapons, missiles, space systems, strategic planning, education/training, instructional systems design, human capital development, licensing and certification, quality systems management, risk management, safety and security, strategy, and technology and future studies. Post-military, Chris was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and then the Senior Program Manager for the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Monogram international licensing and certification program for oil and gas equipment manufacturers. Chris is a doctoral student in the Human Capital Development program at the University of Southern Mississippi.
