Brian Finch is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he serves as co-chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Global Security practices. Brian is also a leading authority on the SAFETY Act, a federal statute that can provide liability protection to companies following a terrorist or cyber-attack.

Brian is a Visiting Legal Fellow at The Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC, and also is a senior advisor to the Homeland Security and Defense Business Council.

Brian regularly speaks and writes on security issues, and has written articles for the Wall Street Journal, Politico, The Hill, and other publications.
