Emanuel Maurice “Moe” Yeoman received his PhD from Walden University in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Homeland Security. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania, and Masters of Science in Homeland Security from the University of the District of Columbia. Mr. Yeoman is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha International Honor Society of Public Affairs and Administration, and a member of the Innovation Institute for Fan Experience (IIFX), Stadium Managers Association (SMA), and National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4). Mr. Yeoman is a scholar-practitioner who contributes to creating social change globally through his research and is one of the leading experts in the field of terrorism and counterterrorism in venue, sports, and entertainment security.
