“BEST PRACTICES FOR SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT VENUE EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE”
On Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 1:00 PM CT, the Innovation Institute for Fan Experience (IIFX) will host a virtual town hall titled “Best Practices for Sports & Entertainment Venue Emergency Medical Response.” A distinguished panel of Sports & Entertainment industry leaders will join the IIFX Medical Advisory Board’s experts to discuss best practices for responding to a medical emergency during a sports or entertainment event.
The very public, sudden cardiac arrest incident and hospitalization of 24-year-old Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin illustrated the importance of having well-trained staff, trainers, and a medical team available to provide emergency medical response.
This Virtual Town Hall event is focused on the key elements of emergency medical response. Expert panelists will discuss:
