Since January 2020\, our world has been altered by an insidious virus and its cascading impacts; the human and financial costs were crushing. It has changed how we live\, work\, and play in ways most could never anticipate or imagine. \nA national Return to Work\, Play\, and Spectate Task Force was established. During the deliberations\, the task force identified four core areas as an organizing construct and as a means of identifying key principles that drive the sports and entertainment industry. They are people\, policy\, partnerships\, and platforms. \nIn intent of the conference is to assist C-suite executives\, managers\, supervisors\, and staff ask hard questions to determine whether their structure\, plans\, policies and processes and people are ready to restart operations\, much less full capacity operations with INNOVATIVE CHANGES. \nTaking a “FANCENTRIC” Approach to Presenting Sports and Entertainment Events \n\nStrategies that give fans confidence to attend live events\nAnticipating changes to fan expectations\nFuture trends for fan engagement and retention\n\nChanges to Threat and Vulnerability Profiles for Venues & Events \n\nAddressing ongoing concerns about public health risk and mass gatherings\nUnderstanding crowd behavior in today’s social and political climate\nGuarding against cyber-based attacks and building a more resilient operation\n\nThe Post-Pandemic Labor Force – Recruiting / Training / Retaining Personnel \n\nLessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic and a way forward\nWhat part-time employees expect from your workplace?\nHow distance learning has changed the way we train event and venue personnel\nImproving your organization to get\, grow and keep the best talent\n\nTechnology Solutions for Live Event World \n\nVenue and event technologies deployed in response to the global pandemic\nDetermining priorities: how to best use your technology investment\nHow new venues are using technology to provide safe and enjoyable fan experiences

SUMMARY:TMI Salt Pure
DESCRIPTION:*REGISTER*\n4/6/2021 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm CST \nTo register for this session of the COVID Tech Playbook Live Webinar Series\, please do so here. \nAbout This Session\nThe session will discuss TMI’s ZGEN Series Hypochlorous Generators. The innovative sanitation solutions company will explore some of the key challenges public organizations such as schools\, universities and sports venues have faced since the onset of the pandemic and strategies to implement cost effective\, safe and efficient disinfection procedures to create a safe environment for all. \nWe will delve into a real world example of how one district used innovation and cost cutting strategies to achieve safe and efficient solutions allowing them to safely re-open. \nTimothy and Michele Petsch\, founders and co-owners of TMI Salt Pure Corporation will discuss how sports and entertainment organizations of any size\, with a particular focus on education\, can quickly develop and implement scalable\, cost-effective\, and efficient cleaning\, sanitizing and disinfecting systems. We’ll go over how the systems ensure a safe environment for patrons that complies with CDC guidelines. With the increased need to disinfect high touch surfaces in public places budgets can get stretched thin and the supply chain and logistics can be problematic. The discussion will also include budget friendly solutions such as manufacturing disinfectant on site and reducing labor by disinfecting as you clean with Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl). HOCl is not only effective against COVID-SARS 2\, but is also non-toxic\, environmental and affordable. Our panelist is a representative from the Anchorage School District\, Rob Holland\, Director of Maintenance and Operations who has helped the district attain unprecedented cleanliness standards within a limited budget. DESCRIPTION:*REGISTER*\nTo register for this session of the COVID Tech Playbook Live Webinar Series\, please do so here. \nHow to Protect Fans\, Staff and Players in COVID-19 and Beyond\nStadium and event personnel have confronted multiple challenges during this pandemic with perseverance and ingenuity that continues to inspire. But the SARS-CoV-2 virus is relentless\, and challenges persist. With a desire to bring fans\, staff\, and players safely back to the arena\, leaders are facing increased pressure to implement effective safety and disinfection protocols\, fast. \nWhile the mandate for safety and trust is clear\, leaders are inundated with information and resources on developing and implementing the right plan to combat COVID-19. So\, what is the best approach? \nOn March 4\, join IIFX and the biosafety company R-Zero for a discussion on how to use UV-C to reduce the spread of infection. By incorporating the same multi-layered approach as hospitals\, you can safely bring fans\, staff\, and players back to the arena. \nAs COVID-19 has expanded the need for highly effective disinfection solutions beyond patient rooms and operating rooms\, arenas across the country are mapping hospital best practices to their own facilities. The highest standards for disinfection will not only help prevent the spread of COVID-19\, but also other pathogens prevalent in luxury suites and lockers rooms\, such as norovirus and the seasonal flu. \nJoin us and learn: \n● The efficacy of UV-C light\, common myths\, and how to evaluate it as an air and surface disinfection tool for your facilities \n● How to incorporate hospital-grade disinfection practices in your cleaning and disinfection protocols \n● Why UV-C disinfection will make your fans\, players\, and staff feel safer when they are inside your venue \nSPEAKER INFORMATION\nDr. Richard L.
